VinoBlaque Balloons and Décor, LLC is a Douglasville, GA-based balloon décor and event planning service. Located 20 minutes outside of Metro Atlanta, they have been in business since 2019.

The owner-operator, Monique Hill, a native to the Bronx, NY loves
balloons! With eight years of event planning under her belt, adding balloon décor was a natural shift. Specializing in balloon arches, columns, and garlands, they can bring a pop to any event.

From gender reveals, juvenile birthdays, and even retirement events, VinoBlaque Balloons, and Décor can help add life to your party.

We are available for travel in Georgia as well as out of state travel. Some traveled
events include Maryland, Hilton Head, SC, and New York, and
many more.
